These terms cover use of the Scene Works website and enquiries made through it. Project services are governed by a separate agreement.
1. About Scene Works
The website at https://sceneworks.co.za is operated by SCENE WORKS (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/745671/07. Our director is Tennielle Wynne.

2. Website information
The website explains our research, commercial strategy and advisory services. Its general content is not a tailored assessment or recommendation for your organisation. A decision about a particular opportunity requires an agreed brief and an assessment of the relevant circumstances.
Images and illustrative material do not, by themselves, show a Scene Works client, project, partnership or verified research finding. Any identified case study or finding will be described as such.
3. Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not by itself commission work, create a payment obligation or give access to Scene Intelligence or other internal systems.
Before a project begins, we agree its scope, fees, timing, deliverables and other relevant terms separately in writing. Any implementation support is agreed and scoped separately. These website terms do not replace or amend a client agreement. We do not promise particular growth, sales or commercial returns.
4. Using website material
Rights in the Scene Works name, logo, text and other website material belong to Scene Works or the relevant rights holders, where those rights apply. You may browse the website, share links and use material as permitted by law.
Please obtain permission before reproducing protected material beyond those permissions. Do not use our identity or material in a way that falsely suggests our endorsement, a client relationship or an association with Scene Works.
5. Responsible use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit malicious or knowingly misleading material, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Provide accurate contact details and share another person’s information only when you are authorised to do so.
6. Privacy and enquiry information
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information, including website enquiries, and how to exercise your privacy rights. It is available at https://sceneworks.co.za/privacy/. Our PAIA Manual and privacy request information are also available on the website.
Browsing or making an enquiry does not by itself give consent to marketing. Please agree an appropriate sharing method with us before sending highly confidential material, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information. These terms do not transfer ownership of information you submit.
7. Availability and external links
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may change and errors may occur. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Contact us if you notice an error or need to confirm information before relying on it.
External websites and platforms have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not by itself mean that Scene Works endorses their content or services.
8. Your rights and concerns
South African law governs these terms. Nothing in them excludes or limits a right, remedy or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under applicable consumer protection and privacy law.
If you have a concern about the website, contact hello@sceneworks.co.za so we can try to resolve it. You remain free to use any complaint process, regulator or court available to you under applicable law.
9. Updates
We may update these terms as the website or our practices change. The current version and its effective date will be available on the website. Updates apply to future website use and do not retrospectively change an existing client agreement.
